Yes. The script uses the standard RuneScape XP curve to calculate XP required between levels 1 and 99.
Is this calculator for exact profit/loss tracking?
It is an estimate tool. It does not pull live GE data automatically and does not account for every micro-cost unless you include those costs in the extra GP per build input.
Can I use custom methods?
