Plan Your Pulls for the Event Character Banner

Enter your resources, pity, and target copies. This calculator estimates how many wishes you have now, how many you might have before the banner ends, and whether that is enough in a worst-case pity scenario.

What Is a Genshin Wishes Calculator?

A Genshin wishes calculator is a planning tool that helps you convert your resources into pulls and compare your pull count against banner pity rules. Instead of guessing whether you can get a limited 5★ character, you can quickly estimate your realistic pull power before spending anything.

This version focuses on the event character banner and gives you a conservative outlook: it assumes hard pity and worst-case 50/50 results when evaluating whether you can guarantee your target.

How This Calculator Works

1) Currency Conversion

  • 160 Primogems = 1 wish
  • 1 Genesis Crystal = 1 Primogem equivalent (for wish conversion)
  • 5 Starglitter = 1 Intertwined Fate

It combines these sources with your current Intertwined Fates and shows your total current wishes.

2) Banner-End Projection

If you enter days left and your average primogems per day, the calculator projects additional wishes you can earn before the banner expires. This helps with pull timing decisions.

3) Pity + Guarantee Math

Character banners have hard pity at 90 pulls. If you are not guaranteed, your first 5★ could lose the 50/50, making the next 5★ guaranteed. The tool models this worst-case chain to show how many wishes are required to secure your target copies.

Input Guide

  • Current Primogems: Total primos visible in your account.
  • Intertwined Fates: Fates ready to spend on event character banner.
  • Genesis Crystals: Premium currency not yet converted.
  • Masterless Starglitter: Used to buy extra fates from Paimon’s Bargains.
  • Current Pity: Pulls since your last 5★ on the character event banner.
  • Guaranteed Toggle: Enable this only if your next 5★ is definitely featured.
  • Desired Copies: 1 for C0, 2 for C1, all the way to 7 for C6 from zero copies.

Example Strategy

Suppose you have 14,400 primogems, 12 Intertwined Fates, 10 pity, and no guarantee. You want one copy. The calculator will show your available wishes, then compare against worst-case required wishes (which can include losing a 50/50 and reaching hard pity again).

If your “additional primogems needed” is high, it usually means your plan relies on luck. If your “needed” value is 0, you can guarantee your target under pessimistic assumptions.

Tips to Improve Your Pull Plan

  • Track banner pity separately for each banner type.
  • Keep starglitter unspent until you are close to pity breakpoints.
  • Estimate daily primogems realistically (commissions, events, Spiral Abyss, Welkin, Battle Pass).
  • Set a firm wish cap before pulling to avoid impulse spending.

FAQ

Does this predict exact luck?

No. This is a planning calculator, not a random outcome predictor. Your real results can be better (or sometimes worse in perceived value) depending on when 5★ drops happen and whether 50/50 is won.

Is this for weapon banner too?

No. This page is designed for the event character banner pity structure. Weapon banner rules differ and need separate logic.

Why use worst-case planning?

Worst-case planning protects your resources. If you can afford your target in worst-case conditions, any better luck becomes upside instead of stress.
