Honkai: Star Rail Warp Calculator

Plan your pulls for the limited Character Event Warp using your Stellar Jade, passes, pity, and 50/50 state.

Assumptions: 160 jade per pull, hard pity at 90, and a soft-pity approximation for probability estimates.

What this Honkai calculator helps you do

If you play Honkai: Star Rail, the hardest question is usually simple: “Can I actually guarantee the character I want?” This calculator answers that quickly. You enter your current resources and pity state, and it returns a practical pull plan with both guaranteed and probability-based outcomes.

Instead of guessing, you can make decisions like:

  • Should I pull now or save for the next patch?
  • Do I have enough to secure one copy in worst case?
  • What are my odds for multiple copies (E1, E2, and beyond)?

How the calculator works

1) Resource conversion

Your total available pulls are computed from:

  • Current Stellar Jade + planned extra jade
  • Special Passes
  • 160 jade = 1 pull

2) Pity and 50/50 state

The tool uses your current pity (0 to 89) and whether your next 5★ is guaranteed featured. If you are not guaranteed, the first 5★ has a 50% chance to be featured; if you lose, the next 5★ is guaranteed featured.

3) Probability estimate

For probability output, the calculator runs a pull-by-pull dynamic model using hard pity and a soft-pity approximation. This gives a useful estimate of your chance to hit your target copies with your planned pulls.

Reading your results

You’ll see four key outputs:

  • Total pulls available from your entered resources.
  • Pulls to next hard pity so you know immediate risk.
  • Worst-case pulls needed to guarantee your target.
  • Estimated success probability for your target copies.

Use worst-case values for strict planning. Use estimated probability when you’re okay with some risk.

Practical pull-planning strategy

Conservative strategy

Only commit when your total pulls meet or exceed worst-case guarantee. This avoids regret and protects future banners.

Balanced strategy

Pull when your probability is high enough for your comfort level (for example, 70%+), but stop at a personal limit if luck goes badly.

Aggressive strategy

Try for early copies and accept risk. This can work, but it is the easiest way to run out of jade before a must-have unit arrives.

Common mistakes this tool can prevent

  • Forgetting to include event jade and monthly income.
  • Ignoring current pity and assuming every run starts from zero.
  • Confusing “likely” with “guaranteed.”
  • Chasing extra eidolons without calculating full worst-case cost.

Final note

This calculator is designed for planning clarity, not perfect prediction. Real banner outcomes are still random. Use it to make smarter decisions, set pull boundaries, and keep your account healthy for long-term progression.
