XP Progress Estimator
Plan how many games, days, and hours it may take to reach your target level.
How to Use This League of Legends XP Calculator
If you are trying to unlock content, push your account to a milestone, or just map out your leveling grind, this tool gives you a practical forecast. You enter your current level, where you want to end up, and how much XP you usually earn per game. From there, the calculator estimates total XP needed, games required, and expected time.
The strongest input is your average XP per game. If you play mostly one queue and keep match length consistent, your estimate will be much more accurate than using a random guess.
What the Calculator Estimates
1) XP required from current to target level
The tool computes XP needed to finish your current level, then adds XP for each full level until your target. This produces one total number that your matches, boosts, and bonuses must cover.
2) Effective XP per game
Your base game XP is adjusted by any XP boost percentage. For example, an average of 180 XP/game with a 20% boost becomes 216 effective XP/game.
3) Daily pace and playtime
If you add games-per-day and daily bonus XP, the calculator estimates how many days your grind could take. It also converts your game count into playtime hours using your average match duration.

Leveling Strategy Tips to Reach Goals Faster
Play for consistency, not streak spikes
A stable XP/game baseline makes planning easier than relying on occasional outlier sessions. If your goal is progress, prioritize repeatable schedules.
Do daily XP opportunities early
If you have first-win or mission XP, clear it as early in your session as possible. Daily bonus XP has an outsized impact over long level ranges.
Track your real average weekly
Re-check your match history each week and update your XP/game input. Even a small change (for example, 170 to 190 XP/game) can shift the estimate by dozens of games across a long climb.
About the XP Model Used
This page uses an estimation curve to keep the logic transparent and editable directly in the page script:
- Levels 1-29: XP to next level = 180 + 35 × level
- Levels 30-99: XP to next level = 1200 + 20 × (level − 30)
- Levels 100+: XP to next level = 2600 + 6 × (level − 100)
Because Riot can adjust progression systems, events, or rewards, treat this as a planning calculator rather than an official API-level tracker.
FAQ
Is this calculator official?
No. It is an independent planning tool with a clear estimation model.
Why does my real progress differ from the estimate?
Queue choice, event missions, bonuses, and variations in game duration can all change actual XP gains. Update your average XP input regularly for better accuracy.
Can I use this for short and long-term goals?
Yes. It works for small jumps (like 42 to 50) and larger plans (such as 100+ milestone leveling).
