Penis Size Calculator (Adults 18+)
Enter your measurements to estimate percentiles compared with published adult averages. This tool is educational and not a diagnosis.
Tip: Measure along the top side of the penis from pubic bone to tip for length, and around the thickest part for girth.
How this penis size calculator works
This penis size calculator estimates where your erect length and girth may fall compared with adult population averages. It uses a simple statistical model (normal distribution) and returns an estimated percentile. For example, if your length is at the 60th percentile, that means it is larger than about 60% of the reference group and smaller than about 40%.
The calculator also gives a rough combined estimate using both length and girth. Keep in mind this is an approximation only. Human anatomy varies, and no online tool can replace a clinical assessment.
Average size and percentile context
Most high-quality studies show that variation exists, but many men cluster around the middle range. A value close to the median (50th percentile) is very common. In practical terms, differences that seem large in your head may be small in real-world experience.
- Lower percentile: still within natural variation for many adults.
- Middle percentile: typical range seen in most populations.
- Higher percentile: less common, but still part of normal variation.
How to measure correctly
1) Erect length
Use a ruler or tape measure during a full erection. Measure from the pubic bone to the tip along the top side of the shaft. Press the ruler gently into the pubic fat pad (called bone-pressed measurement) for better consistency.
2) Erect girth
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the thickest part of the shaft and record circumference. If you only have a string, mark the point and measure that length with a ruler.
3) Repeat and average
For the most reliable result, take 2-3 measurements on different days and use the average. Temperature, anxiety, arousal, and measuring technique can all change results.
Important things this calculator does not measure
Sexual satisfaction and confidence are influenced by many factors beyond size:
- Communication and emotional comfort with a partner
- Arousal, foreplay, and pacing
- Erection quality and stamina
- General health, sleep, stress, and fitness
In short: numbers can provide perspective, but they do not define masculinity, desirability, or sexual skill.
When to speak with a doctor
Consider talking to a urologist or sexual-health clinician if you have persistent pain, curvature that affects intercourse, erection difficulties, major anxiety about body image, or concerns after injury/surgery. Medical professionals can provide accurate measurement methods and evidence-based treatment options.
Frequently asked questions
Does a higher percentile mean better sexual performance?
No. Sexual performance is multi-factor and often depends more on communication, arousal, technique, and health than size alone.
Can this calculator diagnose micropenis?
No. Diagnosis requires clinical standards and professional evaluation. If you are concerned, seek a medical assessment rather than relying on an online tool.
Is size the main predictor of partner satisfaction?
Usually not. Research and clinical experience suggest partner satisfaction is strongly linked to emotional connection, communication, and overall sexual compatibility.
Educational use only. Not medical advice.
