Riven Stat & Kuva Planner
Estimate final riven stat strength using disposition, stat count, and rank. You can also estimate Kuva needed for upcoming rerolls.
How this riven mod calculator helps
Riven Mods are some of the most powerful and most variable items in Warframe. A tiny change in disposition, stat count, or rank can dramatically alter how useful a roll feels. This calculator gives you a quick way to estimate final stat strength and reroll budget before spending large amounts of Kuva.
Instead of guessing whether a roll is “good enough,” you can use numbers to compare one riven against another, especially when deciding between a 2-stat roll and a 3-stat roll, or when deciding if a negative is worth keeping.
What the calculator is doing
1) Base stat value
The base value is your reference point. In this page, that reference is:
- Disposition = 1.00
- 2 positive stats
- No negative
- At max rank
If your base is 120% Critical Chance under that reference, the calculator scales from there.
2) Disposition scaling
Disposition reflects how strong Rivens can be on a specific weapon. Higher disposition generally means higher possible stat values. This calculator multiplies your base by the disposition directly.
3) Positive/negative stat multiplier
A common approximation used by players is:
| Riven Layout | Multiplier |
|---|---|
| 2 positive, 0 negative | 1.00 |
| 2 positive, 1 negative | 1.25 |
| 3 positive, 0 negative | 0.75 |
| 3 positive, 1 negative | 0.9375 |
These multipliers are useful for planning and comparison. Exact in-game values can vary by stat family and rounding behavior, so use this as a practical estimate.
4) Rank scaling
Riven stats grow with rank. Here we model that as a linear factor: rank / 8. So rank 4 is roughly half of rank 8.
Formula used
Estimated Final Stat = Base Stat × Disposition × Stat Layout Multiplier × (Rank / 8)
This makes it easy to compare rolls across weapons and configurations without manually recalculating every time.
Reroll (Kuva) planning
Kuva disappears quickly when chasing perfect Rivens. The calculator includes a reroll planner using a standard increasing cost sequence that caps at 3500 Kuva per roll:
- 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1700, 2000, 2350, 2750, 3150, 3500, then 3500 thereafter
Enter your current reroll count and how many more rolls you plan. The calculator returns total Kuva required, helping you decide whether to keep rolling now or farm first.
Practical evaluation workflow
Check stat synergy first
Even a mathematically strong riven can underperform if the stat combination doesn't fit your build. Prioritize stats that multiply each other effectively (for example, Crit Chance + Crit Damage, or Multishot + Damage where appropriate).
Evaluate the negative carefully
Negatives can be a huge win if they are harmless for your intended use-case. A bad negative can ruin an otherwise strong roll.
Use Kuva budget limits
Set a cap before rolling (for example, 30k Kuva). Hard limits prevent “sunk cost” rolling and help you improve your overall account faster.
FAQ
Is this calculator exact to in-game decimals?
It is designed for fast planning and comparison. In-game display rounding and stat-specific behavior can create small differences.
Can I use it for melee, primary, and secondary Rivens?
Yes. As long as your base stat reference is consistent, the scaling logic applies across weapon classes.
What should I use for the base stat input?
Use a known reference value from the same stat type under 1.00 disposition, 2 positives, no negative, max rank. If you don't have one, use a community reference and treat output as an estimate.
