How the math works (simple version)
The model uses a diminishing-returns approach. For each Ancient Soul, it evaluates the next best Outsider level using weighted marginal value. As levels rise, value per additional level drops, which naturally diversifies your allocation.
Weights are then adjusted by:
- Your playstyle (idle, active, hybrid)
- Your immediate goal (push, speed, balanced)
- Your current TP and run depth
When to recalculate
- After every transcendence

Common Outsider allocation mistakes
1) Overspending into one stat too early
Big numbers are tempting, but one-dimensional spending often hurts medium-term growth. Balanced marginal gains usually outperform tunnel vision.
2) Ignoring Borb timing
Borb can be incredibly strong for progression speed, but it has practical soft limits. Once your effective monsters-per-zone is very low, further levels produce less value.
3) Forgetting that goals change
Push builds and speed-farm builds are not the same. If your goal changes, your Outsider allocation should change too.
